​LiM is an evidence-based, comprehensive school improvement model developed in partnership with educators and the Covey Foundation that empowers students with leadership and life skills they need to thrive in the 21st century.

LiM redefines leadership. It is not a position of authority, but rather an intentional, positive way of living one's life, working well with others and encouraging greatness.

Participation on Leadership Teams is one way that students demonstrate their leadership skills every day. We have a Lighthouse Team, Greeter Leaders, Library Leaders, Beautification Team Leaders, and Classroom Leaders, to name a few.

When you change the way you see things, it influences what you do and the results you get.
